For several years now, an exhibition space is included into DOK Leipzig that requires viewers to change locations from the cinema to the museum: The DOK Neuland. This is an expo at the “Museum der bildenden Künste”, which is entitled “THX 4 Nothing” this year. Instead of paintings and sculptures it offers the visitors nine different “Extended Reality”- experiences to immerse themselves into. The exhibition addresses themes such as war, technology, control and identity.
We met with the exhibition’s curator Lars Rummel, to learn more about DOK Neuland.
