1976 David Sproxton founded “Aardman Animations” with Peter Lord. Aardman is the production team of the childhood heros Shaun the Sheep, Wallace and Gromit and Morph. But Aardman produced much more than only the above mentioned characters, they issued many films an short films like Chicken Run and Creature Comforts. Further, Aardman didn’t only produce clay movies but held two charity events, where Gromit and Shaun were sold at an auction and the profit donated to children hospitals.
We met David Sproxton for an interview and put some clay in his hands:
